Spade Automation — Referral Program Rules

1. Overview

Spade Automation’s Referral Program rewards you for helping new clients discover our automation services. By sharing your referral code, you can earn a cash payout each time your referred customer becomes a paying client.

2. How It Works

1. When you open this page, you’ll see your unique referral code (example: ABC123).

2. Share your code with the business you are talking to about Spade Automation.

3. When they fill out our website form, they’ll enter your code in the Referral Code field.

4. Once that referral becomes a paying customer, your reward is automatically tracked and paid out.

3. Payout Structure

• Flat-rate projects: You earn 15% of the total invoice amount.

• Subscription plans: You earn 30% of the first two months of the customer’s subscription (two separate payouts).

• Example:

  • $400/month subscription → $120 per month × 2 = $240 total

  • $2,000 flat-rate service → $300 payout

4. Payment Details

• Payout method: Wire transfer.

• Timing: Within 7 days after the customer’s payment clears.

• Minimum requirement: You must have at least one closed, paying customer before your first payout.

• Taxes: Referrers are responsible for any tax obligations; Spade Automation may request documentation if required.

5. Eligibility

A referral qualifies when:

1. The lead is new to Spade Automation (not a current or recent client).

2. The referral form is submitted with your correct code in the designated field.

3. The lead completes a purchase and makes their first successful payment.

4. Payments are not refunded or charged back within seven (7) days.

Self-referrals, duplicate submissions, and fraudulent entries are not eligible for payouts. 

6. Tracking and Attribution

• The first valid submission of a code is credited if multiple entries exist. In the event that multiple people make a referral to the same business, the business will identify the correct referers. 

• Codes are automatically generated and linked to each form submission.

• Spade Automation reserves the right to verify referral authenticity before issuing payment.

7. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Cancellations

If a referred customer requests a refund, chargeback, or cancels before completing payment, the payout is void.
 If reversal occurs after payout, the amount may be offset against future earnings.

8. Compliance and Conduct

Referrers must:

• Use their own code honestly — no spam or misleading advertising.

• Represent Spade Automation truthfully and professionally.

• Follow all applicable marketing and privacy laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR where relevant).

9. Relationship

Participation does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Referrers are independent promoters and cannot represent themselves as official employees or partners.

10. Program Changes and Termination

Spade Automation may update, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time.
 Any changes will not affect qualified referrals made prior to the change.

11. Governing Law

This program is governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes will be handled in Tennessee courts.
